If you don’t already have an architect, designer or engineer:

When you call us for a free estimate, we will meet with you at the site and discuss the project you have in mind. Based on our discussion we will put together a “scope of work” and furnish it to you along with a price proposal for your review. At this time we will also analyze the project to determine if it requires filing with the building department, if so we will let you know and refer you to professional so that the proper paperwork can be prepared. If you notify us that you are satisfied with our proposal, and the proper paperwork (if any is required) has been prepared by a professional, we will prepare a complete contract for the project and ask that you provide us with the name of the coop and/or management agent so that we can provide certificates of insurance prior to the commencement of any work.

Once work commences, we will try to complete the project as soon as it is possible and provide you with top notch workmanship and materials to make you satisfied. Our objective is to only leave behind happy clients that can provide references for the work we have done.


If you have an architect, designer or engineer:

We will ask that you provide us with a copy of all plans that have been prepared for the project and any other construction documentation available so that we can prepare a price proposal and submitted to you or if you prefer we’ll submitted to your professional. Once we have been notified of the acceptance of our price proposal, we will furnish a contract for the project and all the necessary insurance certificates and give you a tentative project start date.

Once work commences, we will try to complete the project as soon as it is possible and provide you with top notch workmanship and materials to make you satisfied. Our objective is to only leave behind happy clients that can provide references for the work we have done.
